Brian Elton was buying in 1,000,000 share parcels around 9 and 10c. Since the day of the announcement the share price may have been low, but volumes have been tiny. Note the big spike was caused by a XT - not a market trade (see my previous posts on this). If Brian placed at ‘at market’ buy of 1,000,000 shares right now he’d push the price up to 18.5c and still only fulfill 2/3’s of his order!!!
There’s a 1,000,000 share order in at 5.5c. I suspect that this may be Brian again happy to pick up more shares if any substantial holder is silly enough to sell at that price.
@beans suggest you put a little more thought in before making such claims. Buying to prop a share price when Brian’s shares are escrow for a couple more years? Then not making a tr trade now that would more than double the SP? Need I say more?
