Well it could be viewed as providing loyal shareholders the opportunity to benefit at low prices, much as the directors and new sophs who've taken a large application with options. Would be harsh, and perhaps a bit of a slap in the face to the little guys, if we all had our applications for shares and options scaled right back, whislt BoD cash in..
I see it as JB doing right by us.
