Today is the day we should be notified if the $2.6m gets invested. If it doesn't, it's a major concern. If an announcement is made that they will replace the investor in the future. it's a further concern as they should have had that organised before today.
If they receive the funds it will be a firm sign things are progressing well.
Todays deadline is far more important than is being reported in my opinion.
