As some have speculated the power failure was a bit of an excuse for them to update the market on their lack of progress in getting the mine running properly. I'm not saying it's an easy thing to do but the new management need to feel the blowtorch of the need to deliver. It's one thing to talk you way into a job it's another to do it properly.
