Frustrating week for team, the old mojo seems to be on holidays again.

LYC highlight, FIL up to 8%ish, anns did not move the market but did the garage, LYC < 160 I’m looking for an excuse was 155ish at the time, out > 170, shout out to TA bloke who put doubt in my mind on STT earlier, made me pause which resulted in a couple of pips better entry. All about pips in LYC.

Other than that, just not seeing it, plenty of green on the WL only problem don’t hold or more to the point don’t hold enough.

FLC & EML accumulating, sold BTH @ 1.38 for small profit other week thought good trade now 1.47, looked around for similar model with less maturity jagged K2F @ 11.5, see how we go with that one.

The market is beginning to come around again to trade off model maturity for future model value, by a matter of small degree, K2F pilot only for obvious reasons.

Like to take the opportunity for shout out to VVX, CUV imho best tip on STT for 2019, maybe not % but risk / reward an absolute pearler, still holding but sold a few today.

Also, out of ANO, could be a mistake.

Stock that really intrigues me is PBP, 150 and doing absolutely nothing, seems to have been 150 for about 45 years although 1st to admit hanging out with a trading hound & lizard in a garage does strange things with time.

PBP has benefited from a buyback in support of SP few months ago when market confidence was somewhat fragile, as this confidence has returned PBP has not moved with it despite metrics reported in 1H continuing to improve, as if the market does not trust the validity of the SP as it’s been manipulated by the buyback, metrics suggest its going north, DYOR I’m the guy that tipped LON & ST1 about a month ago.

Hold a few others grinding up won’t go into them but not seeing anything I’m really excited about that would like to take a new position in, sold AVH some months ago and want to get back in but its running too strongly. AVH does excite though.

Have been using DTL as a ‘cash parker’, gave the market a shock some time ago but starting to come back on very strong metrics last 1H.

Frank fitting in well, 1st week didn’t see him much but seems completely at ease now, actually lying beside me as I type, funny little bloke lying on his tummy with his little legs sticking out the side and head  flat on the ground, something about that old adage ‘flat out like a lizard drinking’ in his posture, hound in with the BH getting a few bell rubs on her lap while watching tele.

Property? 3 big population centres Sydney, Melbourne & Canberra, major migration has been underway for some time, boomers want out of these shiteholes and their sitting on greatest asset wealth transfer in Australia's history.

So draw a triangle, identify major coastal regionals for services and focus on coastline locked in by national parks.

Death of a paradise, don't want to see it happen but it will so may as well take advantage of it.

    Paul Kelly a garage fav,
