    ... but how can tpg claim now individually, and later as merged entity? Optus and tls are busy planning/deploying 5G, whereas tpg and voda are busy to settle their marriage at the mercy of Acc. Not allowing the merger means more duopoly, weakening all other players, let alone so called competition.
