Some 18 months ago when Michelle sold Pebble Patch at 100% occupancy to Mayfield ( where's the upside of that deal ?? ) after lobbying by myself and a broker she agreed to purchase $250K of Mayfield shares onmarket. Well to date she's stepped up and bought $100K of shares. My bad as there was no time limit. However it does tell you one thing - she's in no rush as a director to buy Mayfield shares. Treating shareholders with such disdain doesn't go under the radar and is one reason why the SP is under 90 cents. Good operators, Michelle and Dean but they don't quite understand how the market works . So whats next? $4M of fire power left then what can we look forward to ? Rising real wages under labor.
