Cos................. 50% of the market players have never heard of Dacian, with 75% of the other 50% not understanding the specified fundamentals relating to Dacian, with 95% of those 12.5% that do having trouble conceptualising the implied fundamentals of Dacian.
So..................... accumulate before the veil of ignorance is lifted.............. IMHO................. but DYOR blah blah blah.
