From what I read, increase in Dalian happened too late in arvo session to influence the spot market.
Then ironically Dalian a minute before close at 2:29 EST, dropped from 234 to 228.
Just read now about another Vale mine being forced to close in Brazil. Seems to have just been released and is still published in Portuguese. I will post the article in a moment
