Explanation of the SPP and recent placement is shocking.

HC states that it became obvious that they would not raise the level of funds required through the SPP. Really? Did he really expect people to stump up cash a month in advance of the closing date when there was a real chance that the SP would be below the 11.5c price being asked. FFS. They then decide to halt two days before the offer closed further clouding people's thoughts about taking up the offer. How about completing the SPP first then deciding if they had enough money. Maybe if they attached the options to the SPP they may have had a better response.
