If you read the two papers from last year, you can not come away unimpressed. The Scientific Reports paper (2018) 8:12538 deserved to have been published in an even better journal, especially when one considers the data in Figure 7. To recap, it shows CPP mediated delivery of a PMO therapeutic in an in vivo disease model of DMD. For those of you who don’t live and die by biology jargon, the paper showed that CPPs can deliver a PMO into a mouse tissue with a good degree of efficacy, and that the PMO then fixes the disease. And so yes, I am positive about the technology - it works. It's a credit to the team.
