    P2,

I concede if I said that a class action instigated by shareholders has gone to trial. Very few cases go to trial fullstop, it is very expensive, and both sides will usually concede that 1. there is risk that you could lose outright and you can never be 100% which way it will go, and 2. that the time and cost involved only benefits lawyers.

Liability insurance is a good point. May be a case on its own, as those of us who have the displeasure of making claims know that insurance companies do everything they can to avoid payments, especially at this sort of cost level. The inusrance policy, which of course, we would never see, may have clauses about disclosure, who knows.

But you do make very valid points. Well done.
