Good point, Joph, while he is a director, he has to report a change regardless. I think Cujo has just seen CommSec show his sale on 19/10 but they have a dash under his new position, meaning unknown, which no doubt is just a CommSec bug or maybe they don’t bother with numbers under 5%, however everybody including Cujo knows what his current position is, it hasn’t changed from the 4.9% notice, as there hasn’t been another one.
