You'd have to go back and look at every time the stock has really made a big move. It always moved before the announcement. The last time was that Indian gas company MOU announcement. I've been a follower since '14, and it's been called that many times. I'd pull some quoted threads for you, but I'm not that savvy with the new app. I promise you there will be more people to attest to the "leaky ship" comments.
