Just a thought, how about they buy another 44% to give them a 55% controlling interest, cost =1 million. CDM use the funds to prove up proof of concept NZ. Then they raise on good results.
In the meantime it wouldn't cost too much to do fly over of Madagascar and basic testing.
A strong gold result in NZ would push up share price and make funding Madagascar easier.
