I agree GC, whoever tackled Anning and dragged him away should also be charged with assault.
As for the severity, and proportionality, I agree for sure; the little maggot had a long hospital stay coming his way.
But by interfering in Anning's lawful self defence on his person the tackler of Anning impeded natural justice being summarily obtained.
