Excellent post
@ahahahah.
I was always told that it takes a lifetime to build a good reputation, but you can lose it in a minute. I agree, Lev has a right to defend his good name!
I have located the court action,
http://apps.courts.qld.gov.au/esear...=BRISB&Court=SUPRE&Filenumber=2827/19
I am not sure how most of you voted at the recent AGM, a lot probably didn't even bother! Those that voted against Lev probably underestimated his talents. I fell for the same mistake in early 2016, when I called an EGM to have an independent director appointed to one of his publicly listed companies. At the time, Lev was appointing his men, I thought we needed an independent on the board.
After you factor in a consolidation, the share price, since the 2016 EGM has gone up a tidy 1,441%. Every time it goes up, my reputation takes a further battering, for ever doubting him. Lev has full control and as the second largest shareholder, I would not have it any other way!
I can only hope for CLH share holders that Lev is not walking away from this company. Trust me, it needs him big time!
I no longer hold CLH. My family do, so I still maintain an interest. If Lev is walking, that will be our trigger to sell! I don't blame Lev if he decides to walk.
