What I do not understand is that 88E has used advanced technical information and knowledge to acquire a sizable area of the North Slope, North Slope is proven to contain oil, then it should not be that hard to negotiate a Farm out or Farm In agreement, particularly at the current oil price and predicted higher oil price.

I am still confident of Farm Out or Farm In agreement, in the near future. Hope I am correct. Royal jewels are on the chopping block and the knife is posed to cut.
