It does seem we now have a share price that is in the range of analyst valuations. The price does also seem to reflect a value you could derive from from either sum of parts/break up sale or from pe multiple of 12 times normalized earnings plus $600m of capital return.
So it does seem a reasonable base to work off.
I am not sure to what extent the NZ business is already included in the sale of the life business or the numbers above. if not, then there could be more value to add from wealth management there.
