PLS cannot be taken over without shareholder action and approval. If you don't want PLS to be taken out then:
1. Don't sell your shares to ensure the potential suitor can't accumulate enough shares to gain a foothold; AND
2. When the time comes for shareholders to vote on a TO, vote against it.
In short, we shareholders can prevent it.... don't sell your shares unless it is essential.
