If SM74 doesn’t come in the BYE sp should cop a wack because they’ll need to Capital Rais...Mel selling BYE heads won’t be a good move...MELs options probably won’t be in the money.....even if they’re marginally in the money ..how will MEL pay for them ...? It doesn’t make sense to cap rais after the event to pay for oppies and working capital..especially when u have a buy back in progress...
The oppies expire in july ..getting quite tight between a result at SM74 and the deadline...
MEL need to sell or place enough BYE shares now to at least a minimum to cover the cost of the oppies.
