Jack, I find your statements flawed. Pensador either way will end up with around 70-80% of CVI. Doesn’t that mean your shareholding is SIGNIFICANTLY diluted??? What I am saying is that prior to clawback it is in Pensador’s owners to keep CVI sp as low as possible. What happens to cvi’s sp after clawback is not an issue here.
