Well WPL said in their ASX release that FAR are claiming there is no approval....I believe you said I made that up even though it has been FAR's position for years......

No they didn't they just stated they didn't believe FAR's claim had any merit.
Are you suggesting that an ASX announcement from FAR claiming there is no approval is made up?
If WPL had a government approval their lawyers would have been all over FAR like a rash IMO.
I didn't say anything from my imagination its all there in black and white, but because I quoted an email, which just confirmed their position, I was taken to task. DB
