Nobody (except the Gov of Senegal) owns anything there. You CAN NOT own territories and resources that belongs to the people of Senegal. You just have a right to a permit.
All JV parties have a right to participate in the exploration and then extraction of the oil in accordance to their PSC.
And in recognition of the effort and money expended by JV parties, the Gov of Senegal WILL (need to highlight this) share the resources extracted in accordance to the PSC!!!
Go on, go read the PSC.
