it's a no brainer for shareholders of both, sticking point will be the big shareholder in AME ( which I used to have shares in)
AME exploration strategy did not deliver the ounces they needed and they have not struck a toll milling deal elsewhere. Blind Freddy can see the only viable option is refurbish the Sandstone mill and process the AME ore at Sandstone, is a 1+1 =3 deal
