ASX-31 October 2018 An independent third party ball mill & CIL test processed 8.94t of our underground Mestre ore and 22.11t of tailings and returned an average grade of 28.75 g/t Au and 6.143 g/t Au respectively.
Figure 1. 258 grams of gold recovered from 3rd party ball mill & CIL processing of 8.94t of Cascavel u/g feed averaging 28.75 g/t.
Every man & his dog was focused on the tailings results ATT of this Ann-the gorilla in the cage was the Mestre results that was also being evaluated & awaited- that accompanied especially given its just been confirmed as of yesterday's Ann -we are just commencing the minning & extraction of high grade Ore for processing .
Ann yesterday-Quoted Extract-Cascavel mine operations on Level 7 Mestre have completed slot raises and stoping of the Mestre vein from Level 7 has commenced.
Mr O’Kane said in one of his comments: I am looking forward to seeing if we can increase gold output in the near term as we have now commenced the processing of stoping ore from the Level 7 Mestre vein.
So level 7 Mestre is now being commercially accessed .
Consideration-As Confirmed 8.94t of underground Mestre ore WAS reprocessed through an independent gravity mill (with CIL capturing ability ) recovery by percentage 88.81% as recovery rate- returned an average of 28.75 g p/t. Now thats a lot of Úp-side Scope even with Cascavel not having CIL Gold capturing ability .
EG presuming Cascavel now captures 55% of Gold, through-put the plant-Equates to 15.8 g p/t as recovery at 80t Per Day= 1,264 grams per day ( 1.26KG-or 40.6 OZ) -at 5 Day's per week = 6,320 Grams per week -203 Oz Per week & 812 OZ at 4 weeks x 3 = Per Quarter- you can see the upside given current share price v/s Gold Recovery . Surprise to the upside potential here with the forthcoming Gold Pour even if further watering down of what should be realistic conservative Calc's . time will tell & time's are getting interesting indeed. Clearly its expected-lets see if its confirmed. glh-salt
