    A JV with a full walk away at anytime clause FACT. Where the JV money has to be spent overtime by Anglo

    IMO A JV is not a long term saviour for retail holders - cash flows and earnings - going concern principle is -- as dilution will imo be excessive if a CR can take place

    Who holds all the aces in this game?? Batboy.....
