The Company will soon provide an update on activities in India and is working in consultation with the ASX to ensure that the process that is being undertaken adheres to the ASXs expectations, including consideration of any shareholder approvals that may be required as a result of the changes being contemplated.
This sounds like they are preparing us for a shell re-birth!
