Batboy . My understanding; from what Jimone said not so long ago; that there are many veins of quartz in Cascavel; of which only one vein is gold bearing . This new level at Mestre level has fold back on each other veins which by definition should have a lot more gold per target area than the thin single vein gold vein we have mined to date.It would be nice to see 4 to 6 times g/t gold recovery and if this is the case that the gold is in the vein and not in the surrounding rock then this folding back on itself target veins ,Should, be more easily mined with airleg drills to keep dilution out of ore going to the ROM. This seems to be a common sense approach to anybody on the outside looking in but ; until we get the number of folded veins combined with cubic dimensions of this Mestre level of Gold veins.
There are three dimensions to a quartz vein, ie .The Height of the vein /thin/ ... The Length of the vein /variable/.... The Width of the vein in a horizontal plain./undisclosed so far/
This folding back of the veins , therefore multiplying the number of veins in the height of gold bearing veins in any square meter/ 2 dimensions/.
The big payoff should be the height of vein/s/ multiplied by the Horizontal width of the veins with the length of the veins being self evident.I also hope there is a bonanza of gold in Mestre with a better ability to contain dilution to go to ROM.
