FOR GOD'S SAKE start putting out announcements!!!
Regardless of how much information it contains, we deserve to know what is being done by the staff, who's get their wages paid with our money. Especially when we are paying another company for services rendered- which they own and therefore are paying themselves another income stream!
And clearly we are paying Dan also for his PR work- Which is another confusing issue, as one moment he is working as an employee, then above claims to "Not be working for them..."???
How much are we paying Dan to Not answer our questions, and to put out fluffy PR spin...

I think that pay/ wages should be discounted, or at the very least, payments to Pnina's and Shalom's other company be reduced. Given they own the property and its apparently lived in by Shalom, they should be charging us a lot less. And please don't compare CGB cost's to another company, because our situation is definitely nothing like any other... on many levels!

And maybe the company, CBG, should hand over the workload to other people who can sort the company out quicker. Has any other company gone through our 12th prospectus' ordeal???

Our hard earned money could be getting dividends or growing capital. And yet our money is tied up, for what seems like a very long time. And who's to say we will get our invested capital back....??? We are not the same business I put my money invested in.

When are we having the meeting that SH can ask questions of the board, and also vote on their remuneration packages?

I am a hopeful SH who has the best intentions for the company, but I am fed-up with the way the goal posts keep moving, and lack of communication and transparency. We deserve a lot more than we given. And please don't thank me for my patience, because it's long gone...
