The key question is if a nice announcement comes through, without the capper to screw it up, so that the CR is done at a much higher SP.
Or maybe they have tried that already and the capper has screwed it up. Meaning the capper is not helping ! Rather hostile in fact.
Maybe the CR has to be done at these levels, because the recent good announcements have gone nowhere.
