We have a major credit contraction ,starting in housing and as sure as day and night it will work it's way through our high personal debt economy into StockMarkets ..Now is the time to Buy shares with solid foundations and to beware of hype..the overall Positive Market Trend In Property and StockMarkets is loosing steam daily..We need very clear and rising profits in any company to justify investing money in the tightening monetary environment. A wave of new properties are coming on to the markets creating oversupply in a an already expanding credit contraction ,expect bad news daily.All major Stock Market corrections are closely linked to Overpriced Property and the resulting Banking Credit Contraction which we are experiencing. We are the end of a Virtuous Cycle of expanding profits in Property and related industries ..not at the beginning !!!!
