No they probably listed years too early as the road to fda waslonger and more expensive than expected!
very long tired road and think tge selling at these prices reflects this and maybe some profit taling for those that entered at the last CR at 5c which was the final kick in the guts for many.

i think those getting in now are very lucky as will seem pretty cheap by the end of the year.

fda only came through in sept last year so the oct market correction was very unfortunate timing for avh and prob why so many are selling out when these levels were reached again.

fda approval was really just the starting point so lots to like now but more to look forward to imo!
