Nice depiction of phases of adoption. Though I suspect that Ohm is still in early stages of Phase 1 and today's update gives (me) some assurance that it may be getting the necessary traction to move through this phase and potentially beyond. I note with some interest that "... a number of new installations to complete this month in the UK which will also be able to be highlighted as customer use cases". A prerequisite, I would have thought, to capitalizing on any early traction and hence gaining momentum.
I know the phases are more 'symbolic' descriptions or journey milestones, but I would also expect that the transition from Phase 1 to Phase 2 is also approximately coincident with the product line being financially self sustaining. Or at least, one would hope that the cost and pricing structure is such that it is self sustaining before it gets much into Phase 2 territory.
