...mmm...again time will tell.... but there appear to be still a number of people 'in the know who' may have a different view... but I totally respect your view and I get the M.O. ....I am sure you are accumulating a lot of shares at this stage....awesome strategy
...for the ignorant among us...if you stalk a few of the current 'new' employees, you would probably be able to connect some of the 'SUB ROSA' dots...
...some clues...look at their background, key attributes, responsibilities & connections:

...ergo, share price and current financials are noise at this stage...Getswift is still deemed pre-revenue....it is still developing its end product...and they have millions to do that...yes, they have broken a few rules and stepped of a few toes...but at least they still have tens of millions in the bank at this stage to execute their strategy...
Bigger picture...they have received $103M to date...spent only circa $30M... still have circa $70M in the bank....market cap $34M....no debt....preponderance of the current legal cost would probably be recovered somewhere in the future....and the current court cases would probably take years...Getswift has deep pockets...their lawyers are deemed crème de la crème....only taking cases if there is a 90% probability of success. Based on that, I would be very worried if I were the claimant as there is a good chance that they will be liable for Getswifts legal bill at the end (party/ party costs)...and I think it is now over $10M to date...
....hence, plenty of opportunity....especially with global delivery costs trending at $200 Billion/ year...massive market....and only a handful of other well funded competitors out there.....probably why an advanced A.I. add on makes so much sense....competitors have limited funding to develop that....and probably why some of the guys mentioned above, are still around...
Anyway...my two cents of course
