Can someone explain how the dual listing actually works. Does one or more Australian shareholders have to choose to move their stock to the Frankfurt exchange before any European investors can access it? How does one decide to do this? Which shareholders are moving their stock to Frankfurt. I haven’t been asked. There are only about 90mil shares of free float and I know several other holders together we hold a few percent of that.
