Interesting a * article (today) says that Tesla has told owners of the Model S that in cold weather some of the stored energy may not be available.
Had a look at the chart. Flag/Pennant does not display text book volume moves except that volume has decreased since the high. Price movement not totally text book but they rarely are. Flag/Pennant trading is really just a form of swing trading.
Not strictly text book but most are not but if it comes off target around mid 90's - from low on 26th Feb. I am happy with that but some may use the move low on 24th Jan which gives a way higher target.Targets rarely exact.
Probably need another good ann soon to give it some momentum. Chart looks a little bullish.
