One thing we know is the the company and former shareholders are buying back cheaper than was previously sold for...no way would they buy back if meidu are in trouble...
They may end up with spare cash to throw around...
Don't see it being bad, perhaps reason for delay... But, maybe not either...could be a hell of a.lot of reasons for delay... Ruifu is making money...
