Yes there is a strong cash balance but expect a very fast $30-$35m reduction in that coming very soon, seems the judgement is already leaked, a loss will also result in discontinuing SACC division.
In other words this company is about to lose $30-35m in cash almost instantly and over 30% of it's earnings which will also include some one off costs and a few extra $m in legals.
Having said that FY 2020 should still see, without the SACC division NPAT of over $20m which still puts us at less than 6x earnings, truly incredible and that assumes a shockingly negative outcome in the next few weeks.
I'm going to BUY again in sentiment and in action.
