With ASL all but swallowed up by McMahon's .... Brandrill will more than likely be the next to be taken over.

The reason for the activity is that the drilling and blasting companies are looking for Economies of Scale as their Bottom Lines are being affected by rising HR and Fuel costs. Their only defence is to consolidate.
