Right, especially having more than just you invested in the company but your loved ones too, your own kids and their future, including their future ferraris and bugattis of course. What is a stronger motivation than money, obviously, and loved ones, and often the drive to meet their expectations too?
FYI I do not know what the Tartaks are like but, personally, I love strong family oriented business. In comparison to the conventional modus operandi of mercenaries, get salaries, pump SP, sell stakes and move on to other companies...
