    UBS has put a BUY recommendation on Macquarie Communication Infrastructure Group saying it has been affected by the “contagion” from Babcock & Brown Power's debt issue which is not warranted. They say it is a “deep deep value opportunity”.

    The market does not appear to understand this stock well.
