MACD crossed signal line
MACD Sto. moved into positive.
Strong support + bounced at 1.8
If MACD keeps moving up , signal line moves into positive land should see break out at 2.4
Even Cobalt price still low CLA sp should stay at 3+.
Oversold + nervous sell.
