Registries rarely have a grip on the nitty-gritty details of IPO undertakings and proceedings, they're simply administrators of the affair once stock is handled. It's like speaking to a call centre about a technical issue. You'll just get the old script recital (which they can't breach). Very, very rarely (unless in my experience, it's Automic) will they confirm your stock over the phone either.

Maybe later today you will be able to go onto the Link website, and try an individual securities login using your HIN and Ecofibre as the issuer, however I don't think that's been all tidied up as yet. What is more common, is to end up receiving something in the mail (allocation statement or refund cheque) in the next couple days, since statements are only being sent out today. AusPost slow services anyone? By that time, if the listing date is still on track (ASX has the final say there and is known for some tardiness with processing), it could even end up in your brokerage account first.

tl, dr - just be patient, don't read anything into the fact you haven't heard back seconds after things are being wrapped up.
