    • TO ACQUIRE FOUR NIDO CHILDCARE SERVICES IN PERTH WITH A TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF $6.5 MILLION
    • ACQUISITIONS EXPECTED TO CONTRIBUTE $1.6 MILLION TO EBITDA IN FIRST 12 MONTHS
    • ACQUISITIONS WILL BE FULLY FUNDED BY PROCEEDS FROM CAPITAL RAISING
    • LAUNCHES PLACEMENT TO RAISE APPROXIMATELY $18.0 MILLION
