Well since the disrupters R Duncan and RTG turned up it certainly hasn't become easier for anyone, including the disrupters themselves as it has turned out (I somehow doubt that there will be any coming back from the Momis letter for RTG, reminiscent of the Momis May 4th 1987 letter to BCL). Then there are the Bougainville residents themselves (remember them?) who see the redevelopment of the mine and the consequent economic development disappearing over the horizon. Definitely not an easy process for them!
