Wonder 1: Bill has 2 signed agreements in his suitcase.....
Wonder 2: the remaining financing is fixed.....
1 will bring maybe the SP above 10 cents (max 12 cents)
2 could help break the 12 cents and we may see 14 cents on the short term
Without 1 or 2 or both of them....then I think the situation will deteriorate further and I start to wonder if we ever will see production start.....
