What I meant to say was that H & A would get the BOOT contract, Fluence if selected would be purely the technology provider and sell outright to H & A. Most likely H & A would erect the plant in line with design drawings, etc provided by Fluence who would almost certainly have several of their engineers assisting the H & a workforce during erection.
The 2 plants would be mid size plants probably a bit smaller than the new Mansoura one
