The company has been operating since 2013 if we want to split hairs but was backdoor listed 3 years ago which coincidentally saw the two directors pay jump $700,000 annually.
Nokia bought Coptel primarily because they needed their BSS and OSS suites and paid a fortune for them because they we're a successful buisness with incomings of well over 150 million P.A and over 17 million profit P.A.
The "freeway" model is a money pit.
M'cent proved it with it's 30 million users a few years ago before deleting the service and SYT proved it again with their first party attempt capping out at around a million users. Third times the charm I guess ...
