2 ways I can see it ( none positive unless on inside)

They are collapsing

or
they are so greedy and collapsing as they actually have some sucess coming and don't want to share now realising the game is up of having outsiders invest ( donate) and listing worthless due to reputation and history they can't leverage off. . Yep gotta thing like they do IMO. As always the odds of any normal or minor shareholder ever gaining anything will be stuff all as any good bits will be placed out of reach in separate vehicles etc .

All just IMO as it seems so unbelievable that it could be a genuine business that keeps just missing the mark if they really have looked at the true numbers in the business case internally.

Now what do you think the auditor will value the depreciation on that probably " old " furniture on the depreciation schedule . 1005 depreciated in first period? You would love to go through the accounts line by line and also check any transactions with junior employees that possibly should be included as related party etc etc.
